Locum People are seeking a SPR Ophthalmology to work in North London long term.
The Ophthalmology department within an established hospital in North London are on the search for a Locum SPR Ophthalmology for a period of 3-6 months initially with a view to extend.
Job Description
- 40+ hours per week
- 10 PA per week
- On calls TBC
- Particular focus on injections, eye casualty (A&E), and the management of Medical retina conditions.

Client requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Fully GMC Registered
- 2 referee contact details who we can contact to obtain a reference
- Proven expertise in managing ophthalmic conditions, with a focus on medical retina and emergency eye care
- Proficient in performing intravitreal injections and other minor ophthalmic procedures
- Strong diagnostic skills, including interpreting imaging modalities such as OCT and fundus photography
- Experience in managing eye casualty cases with timely and effective decision-making.
